GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
TECHNICAL INFORMATION: alcohol – 14%, acidity – 5.7 g/l, sugar – 0 g/l
PRODUCTION: This wine is made of grapes that are hand picked at the end of the harvest in late October where they have been left to dry on the vine. A low intervention approach in the cellar is combined with a 12 month maturation process in 50 hl oak casks. Low in sulphites.
TASTING  NOTES: The wine has a deep dense ruby colour. The intense black currant note dominates the clean fruit nose that also contains a hint of capsicum. The wine is juicy on the palate, exploding with prune and cherry flavours. Its high acidity makes it fresh and gastronomic, the perfect compliment for aged cheese and all types of meats.
