GRAPE VARIETY: Rabozo and Marzemino
TECHNICAL INFORMATION: alcohol – 12%, acidity – 5.7 g/l, sugar – 15 g/l
PRODUCTION: The grapes for this wine are harvested manually in the end of October. The wine then undergoes carbonic maceration in autoclave for 50-60 days.
TASTING NOTES: This wine has a transparent ruby colour. It is rich with flavours of jammy black fruit and forest berries. An attentive taster can spot a trace of banana brought by carbonic maceration. It has an easy drinking juicy texture. Pairs nicely with italian cured meats and lighter cheeses. It is best enjoyed when served chilled at 4-8 °C.
