PRODUCTION: This wine is made of high quality grapes, hand harvested at the end of September. It was matured for 5-6 months in old 50 hl oak barrels.
TASTING  NOTES: This wine is of a light straw colour with delicate green hues. It has aromas of white peaches and nectarines with a hint of fresh grapes. Juicy and pleasing in the mouth, the wine has high acidity and minerality. Its finish is light, fresh and long. A perfect wine to serve with starters or as an aperitif. Also a great accompaniment to raw fish dishes. Best enjoyed when served chilled at 3-6 °C.
